Allison Donovan
Group General Counsel, DaVita Venture Group
Allison is the Group General Counsel for the DaVita Venture Group (DVG) where she supports the DVG team in driving strategic and innovative efforts and investments. Prior to joining DVG, Allison spent over a decade in private practice at two international law firms, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures and minority investments. Her practice spanned many industries, including technology, ski, sports and entertainment and energy. She has an undergraduate degree from Colgate University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
Fun fact: Allison spends most of her free time skiing in the winter and camping and gardening in the summer.
