Allison Finkelmeyer
Assistant General Counsel
Allison is the Assistant General Counsel for DaVita Venture Group and provides legal support for the team’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining DaVita Venture Group, Allison served as lead operations attorney for DaVita in the Northeast.
Earlier in her career, Allison focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial real estate transactions, and general corporate matters, both in private practice and as in-house counsel in Atlanta, GA and Nashville, TN. Allison has a BS in Finance from Miami University (Ohio) and a JD from the University of Tennessee. She lives in the Nashville area with her husband and two children.
Fun fact: I enjoy playing and watching tennis and have attended the US Open almost every year since 2007.
